Mark your calendars! Orion Martial Arts is bringing the San Marcos community together for a full day of competition, camaraderie, and Korean martial arts excellence at our Korean Styles Tournament on Saturday, September 27, 2026, starting at 11am.
Open to All Korean Martial Arts Styles
This isn't just a Tang Soo Do event — we're welcoming practitioners from all Korean martial arts styles, including Taekwondo, Hapkido, Kuk Sool Won, and more. Whether you train with us or another school, if you practice a Korean martial art, there's a place for you on the mat.
All Ages, All Skill Levels
From our youngest competitors at age 2 all the way up to seasoned adult martial artists, this tournament is built for everyone. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced divisions ensure fair, balanced matchups — with divisions organized by both age and rank, so every competitor gets to compete at their level.
Categories for Every Kind of Competitor
We're hosting a full lineup of events, so competitors can show off the skills they've worked hardest on:
Forms — precision, power, and discipline on display
Weapons — traditional weapons forms and technique
Sparring — controlled, competitive point sparring
Breaking — strength and focus put to the test
A Special Performance from The Hunters
Between divisions, sit back and enjoy an exclusive performance from The Hunters, Orion Martial Arts' own Competition Team. They've represented Orion at local, regional, and national events — and this is your chance to watch them perform live.
